One of iOS 11's coolest features is now live in the iOS 11 beta.
The iOS 11 beta features Do Not Disturb While Driving, one of the features the company highlighted on stage during WWDC 2017. Do Not Disturb While Driving blanks out your screen while driving. It also prevents you from seeing alerts you don't need to see, all in an effort to make your drive safer. The feature will also send out an auto reply to people texting you telling them you're driving. If you need to, you can whitelist select people so that their messages can get through to you.
The rest of the time your screen will be blank which should help you avoid unnecessary distractions. If you're interested in making your drive a little safer, you might consider trying the iOS 11 beta.

I’ve installed the developer beta on an iPhone, and it’s working adequately, but when the public beta comes out I’ll want to switch to that instead. In order to move successfully from a developer beta to the public beta, how should I prepare? For example, should I delete the developer beta profile before enrolling in the public beta program and downloading the public beta profile? Will bad things happen to my phone if I do this — or will bad things happened to my phone if I DON’T delete the developer beta profile, but I just install the public beta profile over it? Please let me know what is best.

The IOS 11 Beta left my iPhone 7+’s home screen unresponsive, meaning nothing would open, not settings, nothing. I restored the phone, but seriously Apple? Food for thought.
